Bruno and Zoro our Spanish Water Dogs were groomed earlier today by Ella at Newgate. Water dogs are generally not easy dogs to groom, but we are absolutely delighted, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Newgate. We couldn't have the immediate appointment we'd hoped for, but the wait was well worth it!

We were so nervous about leaving our dog in a kennels, especially for 16 days while we went on our honeymoon but we needn't have been, she loved it and we could tell from her behavior how happy she was with the staff there. She came back to us smelling fresh from her bath the day before, and had clearly been eating well. We've been twice now and she was so excited when we arrived the second time so she must have been happy there. It was worth the wait to get into Newgate knowing she isn't mixing with any other dogs and is in a secure environment. Would definitely recommend!
