Our return policy for posters purchased in-store is that we accept returns within 7 days of purchase, as long as the poster is in its original condition and packaging. Upon leaving instruction with the 'NewFrames' team as to how I wanted my paintings framed, I walked-out of Goodge Street premise full of doubt. 'I'm sure they'll mess things up', I thought to myself. Weeks later when collecting the works - an original Bosco Holder and a Rockwell - I was pleasantly surprised to see they had more than belayed my doubt. Both works were well done and in some ways turned out better that expected. Thank you NewFrames! Keep-up the good work!

MOUNT ONLY: Super speedy response to my rough sketch of what I was seeking. Then a proof with Stephen having worked out the layout measurements (which would have given me a headache) and a super-fast turnaround. The best part was I pass the shop on my way to work so was able to pop in to collect. Am thrilled my 'tacky' Platty Joobs souvenir/curio looks super cool in this custom mount. So a massive thank you Stephen my recipients will be thrilled I'm sure. Highly recommend.

Had a poster which was framed when Newframes were on Beak Street, it fell off the wall and the glass broke and the frame bent, took it into their new shop on Goodge Street, walked out shortly afterwards with poster reframed - excellent, friendly and fast service!
