I would definitely recommend Newdales to anyone who cycles in and around the area - 11/10 customer service and help. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Colin & Chris for their rapid and lovely service yesterday morning. I came off the bike on the Thursday and they managed to fit me in first thing on a Friday to help me get back training ASAP. As someone who rides (almost) full time, you can imagine that the bike needs to always be working to be able to train! Chris was incredibly swift and efficient at finding the issues and resolving them, and all with excellent customer service. I'm so appreciative of Chris and Colin's help and support as now I'm able to continue training :) thank you very much. I'm looking forward to returning back to the shop for any other issues or new updates needed!
