What an awful music venue! I have been on two occassions, the sound was terrible and the views to stage are only possible in the first few metres of the audience. Afraid I won't be buying tickets for here again :-(

Overcrowding, no AC on and really hard to see the front stage.

Attended for Maisie Peters. Maisie was fantastic, but I really struggled to be able to see the show in this venue. Tiny, cramped room, lots of pillars in the way and stage was too low. I wouldn’t come here again for a gig.

Really hard to see the performer. Unless the performer is really really tall, you’ll only just see their face in quick glances between the crowd. I didn’t even know what bottoms the performer I saw was wearing for the whole gig.

Took my daughter to see a band at this venue last night and would never go again. Doors opened at 7pm so we got there on time. We were still in the queue waiting to get in at 8.15pm. The queue didn’t move for 45 minutes at all. They had flimsy iPhone’s scanning the barcodes on the tickets. Very poorly managed. The stage position was also awful. Set in the corner and low. I’m 5’2 and couldn't tell you what the band looked like as I couldn’t see them. Not the best at all.

If you get to the front then is a good venue, the sound quality is better than the arena. I had a good night seeing the Nova twins. Its not a perfect venue, the toilets are grubby, but they haven't changed in 20 years.

I've shot a lot of bands here, the staff and security are always very helpful and the access and working environment is good, much better than some other venues. Always a pleasure to shoot local and especially here.

Seen some great gigs here over the years but the venue has all the charm of the interior of an industrial freezer.

Two staff on the bar to deal with around sixty customers. Terrible service and venue. So bad that we left before the support band had even finished. Very disappointing.
