I've flown to many countries and Newcastle is still one of the best airports. Very well laid out and organised. Like how everyone waits upstairs until their gate is ready, rather than in most airports where everyone crowds around their gate. Plenty of seating. Shame you have to sit in a restaurant now to view the planes on the runway but sign of the times really.
