My father just had aortic stent surgery at Freeman. The level of professionalism, service and human connection went above our expectations. Our family cannot thank enough the Freeman Team. FYI the jacket potatoes in the restaurant are the best - with beans & cheese of course.

I've been going to Freeman hopaital since I was really little and I'm in my early 20s now . Every experience I've had and every appointment has been amazing there . The children's ward and the adult ward is soo welcoming . The ECG ward staff are soo friendly . The only part I don't like is the echo but that's my personal opinion

Attended appointment with partner. She was sent for ECG prior to seeing Consultant. Sat in ECG waiting room for over an hour. Some people were walking in and seen to straight away. This had a knock on effect with consultant appointment time. Consultant saw us 2 hours after partners appointment time! Hospital needs to address and remedy this issue quickly and effectively.

Ward 21 of the freeman outstanding for the care given to my mam , unfortunately tainted by some staff on ward 25 showing impatience and lack of empathy. When another patient points it out on a visit then it's time to act .
