Wow can't fault my care in any aspect today. Receptionists, nurses, drs and cleaners all went out of their way to be polite and lovely. I was fit in as a last minute appointment, and even though they were short staffed and squeezing me in where there likely wasn't space, I never felt rushed. And any waiting I had (which was minimal) they apologised for even the slightest delay. I felt very taken care of and that all the staff were so knowledgeable that all my worries/concerns disappeared. At a time where things are much more stressful the staff made things uncomplicated and were very supportive. Many thanks x
