We have been waiting since 3rd January 2023, for a replacement bin lid for our green bin. Can't believe how long it takes and why we can't put the new lid ourselves, apparently it has to be put on by "an expert" due date is 19th April 4 months after reporting the issue. Neither wonder the council taxes have risen sharply and there's no way you can contact them 😡

Unhelpful staff, poor organisation and nonsensical policies. By deterring people from using recycling centre is likely to exacerbate fly tipping problems. Do they really need people to remove sunglasses so they can verify someone’s driving license or passport ID before they can enter?

Mixed reviews, very helpful on one occasion, but on another occasion really awkward, especially during lockdown.
