Bought 4 mattresses from Newcastle Beds yesterday after spending an entire day researching and shopping around. Why did I choose Newcastle Beds? Well, the choice in the showroom was great with everything from luxury Harrison Spinks to clearance bargains. The prices were the same if not better than anywhere else I looked (trust me, I looked!), but best of all was the customer service. Other shops we went to either gave us the hard sell or virtually no advice at all. Suby from Newcastle Beds got the balance just right! I sound like Goldilocks now ironically!! Seriously though, his product knowledge was exceptional, his advice was honest and easy to understand, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and when we did come back to place the order I could tell that our business was genuinely appreciated. Keep up the good work Newcastle Beds!!

Great experience from start to finish! The guys really know their stuff! Went in looking for a new mattress, they showed us around and explained all the different types (who knew there were so many!) We visited Newcastle beds today in need of a new mattress after being recommended by a friend. The owners Suby and Sohail are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they recommend a few products to consider after listening to what we needed.
