The staff are incompetent, short tempered and too ill manored for a public facing job. Everyone I've spoken to has said the staff are rude and I know one mother who's been put off going because they're afraid to speak to the staff. I went in last week to pick up a prescription which they said wasn't ready. I just came in again today to pick it up only to be rudely told I had left it too long and I was wasting space on their shelf so they returned my prescription to the GP. I can't remember the last time they got my prescription right, definitely not within the past year. I've run out of patience with them. Mr Fletcher the pharmacist is very useful to speak to but I don't think even he can make up for the inadequacies in the rest of the service

I'm new to the area, so when I found this chemist right in the same building as the doctor's surgery I was quite happy but since trying to get my prescription I have had nothing but disappointed, saying they couldn't find my prescription, they didn't have it when they did, items missing but no note to tell me what was missing, plus trying to get the missing items was also quite hard. I would not recommend this chemist at all

I've always had reat service in Newbury Place Pharmacy, formerly Rosenhead's chemist. The staff have worked here a while. They can guide you to which products are kosher and which aren't. You can buy a variety of toiletries, accessories, and some to go snacks here too. There has often been a wait for prescriptions to be ready. This pharmacy deliver.
