If I want to give them 0 star I would. be care full of those scammers. I use them through my insurance company I don't know why insurance company are using them they are such a robbers. They took 3 month to repair my car just a front bumper. When I gave them my car it was full tank of fuel I collected yesterday and they completely empty fuel tank. Such a shame on u guys

Don’t take your vehicle to them these are thieves they took my car for repair and I was waiting for 2 months and when they were taking the vehicle I gave them a full tank and when I got my car back only 60 miles of fuel was left in it I don’t know what they have done with it. Real time scammers be aware of them.

After a minor accident in late December 2019, Newbridge were selected by my insurer to carry out the repair. I was told that the repair was approved and given a courtesy car which I used to travel to visit my family for Christmas. On 23rd December, I was called by Newbridge and told that the car was no longer judged to be repairable because they had found extra damage after removing the front bumper. I was told I would have to drive a 500 mile round trip to return the courtesy car the next day (Christmas eve) or be charged a significant sum to keep the vehicle until they were next open in the new year. Upon arriving at 9am on Christmas eve, I asked to be shown the extra damage they had found. They informed me that the car hadn't even been looked at yet. The bumper had clearly not been removed so they could not have found extra damage as they had claimed on the phone. They couldn't tell me who had made the call or why they had made the claim about the extra damage behind the bumper. I asked to see the damage estimate that they had provided to the insurer and was presented with a document that outlined repairs required to the sides and rear of the car despite this being a frontal impact. Given the car is fairly rare, and parts are difficult to come by, I can think of only one reason they would choose to exaggerate the damage.
