Having our first baby so didn’t know what to expect or what we really wanted. Dan at the Crewe store was amazing. Very knowledgeable and demonstrated all the different options and deals on. He made the decision very easy which is highly unlike us. Would definitely recommend going to the Crewe store. We weren’t rushed at all or pressured into buying anything which was a welcome relief from most sales people.

**5 star experience** Visited newbie and me for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Dan talked to me and my girlfriend about the prams we were interested in and showed us how to use them. Amazing customer service and felt no pressure when looking around to buy anything. Definitely going to come back and buy some furniture and would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing, enjoyable and easy experience whilst visiting newbie and me today. Dan talked me and my partner through the prams and showed us how they work and then gave us some privacy to have a look around ourselves. We felt no pressure to buy anything but ended up with a bundle. Couldn’t be happier with our decision and couldn’t have had a better experience buying out first dream pram.
