Very bad experience. Ordered kit bag during Thanksgiving sale (Nov, 2022) and yet to receive my order (6 months). Also, placed an order for shoes and requested exchange. After sending them the shoes, I haven't received replacement shoes. Terrible customer experience. Wouldn't recommend unless they improve customer experience.

Awesome experience visiting the Newbery showroom. My son had a wonderful time trying a number of their bats and Dale was very helpful with selecting the perfect bat for him. Excellent customer service and will definitely be back when this one needs replacing. Thanks Dale, and Thank You Newbury!

Awful customer service. Ordered a cricket bat October 2022 and still haven't received it. How hard is it to ship a cricket bat that it still hasn't arrived yet. They already charged me and are not responding to my emails. I've sent maybe 50 emails and no response and the one time I got a response it was very rude with no answer and them directing me to someone else at Newbery. UK and US staff are terrible.

This was my first visit to Newbery cricket to hand pick a new bat from the sps range for the upcoming season. I was greeted by Dale who was welcoming and very easy to talk too. He picked out a selection of bats he thought were best based on my preferences. He offered good advice, answered all my questions, and was patient while I decided which was the best bat for me. It was a great overall experience and well worth the visit rather than buying online. I will 100% return in the future. Thanks Newbery!

I’ve been using Newbery equipment for 35 years and took my eldest son to the factory for a VIP session to buy his first proper bat (an excuse to buy one for myself too!). Quite simply the best cricket manufacturer out there, and a great experience at the factory. Thank you team Newbery.
