Really disappointed. A year ago I took my pickup to be repaired after a Reliance bus hit me. All organised by a man at Reliance(must happen often) they ordered the parts and fitted and painted them when they said they would on time. Very polite man. So after someone bumped into me the other week, I knew exactly where to go. Called in to ask the man to take a look and give me a quote. He told me the car would need to be clean for him to see it properly, even though I’d just told him I washed it before travelling 10 miles to get there. I questioned the fact that to my untrained eye, the bump and scratched could clearly be seen. So under duress he took a single photo and my phone number and said he’d be in touch. Then before I leave, he had the cheek to accuse me of scratching his car with my car door. I had to show him by opening the door that it wasn’t me as the door opened clearly past his car. This left me very disappointed after my first experience going so well. Three weeks have now passed and still I have not received any further contact. I do hope the owners/management take note of these reviews and the short portly gentleman is maybe taken away from a customer facing position. Service: Body & Trim

Total con man. Was quoted £1450 for repair which was paid before job was complete. They refused to give car back unless I paid them a extra £400. Avoid at all cost total con.

Will try and scam you and fail an MOT saying 1000s of work needs doing. Place has gone from 5 star to 1 star since certain staff have left. The new guy is rude, abrupt and has zero customer service skills.
