Turned up as a newcomer too auctions. Bought a vauxhall corsa looked clean outside didn't get chance to view before. Paid over a grand for skip. Loads of interior missing and it looks like farm animals been living in there. It's disgusting the seats are rock hard there so dirty. I broke down travelling less than 1 mile to home. Didn't have enough fuel to get to nearest garage. You said v5 came with it and it never. Took it straight to garage in newark who condemned it not a drop of water or oil in it. Sub frame severely corroded No red flag to warn this was a piece of rubbish. Ok I'm a novice auction visitor but still I've bought a skip for over a 1000 pounds. Disgraceful u take people's money I was willing to take a chance I get that but what you do is daylight robbery . Never again and I'll be putting this story everywhere.

WHEN I APPROACHED HIM AFTER HE SAID TO ME ITS UPTO THE AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION. FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE NOT THAT THIS COMPLAINT WILL HAVE AN AFFECT ON THE AUCTION HOUSE. STAY AWAY I DONT THINK ILL BE COMING HERE AGAIN ID RATHER SPEND MY £32,000 SOME WHERE WHERE WE GET RESPECTED AND SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES OUR CUSTOM.
