The NZ HC was excellent to work with for a lost passport replacement. They issued a replacement within hours of an urgent online application and shipped it via DHL to Athens. Thank you NZ HC London Team xx

Excellent service for passport renewal. I received my new passport one week after submitting my application. I had a query about delivery. This was answered quickly by telephone.

Great location and possibility to park. One of the best office locations even though it requires some updating internally!

Been here many many times! Contrary to some reviewers I do like the decor and architecture here which actually adds a somewhat unique feel to the place rather than just being a mere government/admin building! Yes waiting can be pain and yes it can be frustrating but that's public service in general isn't it?

The notary service staff member was most helpful last year. This is in sharp contrast to my last experience a few years ago, when I had a passport query. The staff member was incredibly rude, patronising and put words in my mouth. I complained to MFAT, and to their credit Phil Goff immediately wrote me a letter saying that I had been treated appallingly and that action would be taken - and indeed, it was. Query was then resolved promptly and politely. Full marks these days to the consular staff, who are a pleasure to deal with.
