I would put 0 if I could!! A council is supposed to do GOOD things for the PEOPLE of the town..... this council will NOT listen to the people & just do what THEY want - roads are awful & yet they block main short cuts .... making us spend more on petrol & sitting in congestion! Building houses on any bit of land, taking away green belt land to build on, having no consideration for wildlife .....just so long as they line their pockets!!! There is more to life than just money!!! Filling a town with houses upon houses, yet no more schools or updating the hospital & the road infrastructure!! Just wanting to try & make this town a CITY ..... no one living here wants to be a City!!! ....... listen to the people who LIVE in this TOWN!!! You are making so many angry 😡😡😡

WBC does not understand the need of ordinary people to do ordinary things. Peoples ordinary streets now blocked off by planters to hinder their ordinary activities. WBC forgets that ordinary people do not drive out of choice (far too expensive) but because for example they are dropping their children off at school (sometimes several schools) with their pack lunches, home work projects and school bags, before going to work and trying their best to do all of this on time.
