Experience with staff was positive HOWEVER, the store is extremely unhygienic with cobwebs everywhere and flooring with grime in sides and corners especially closer to the till, not to mention the smell which makes me feel sick

Came with a relative who was getting their covid vaccine here. Had a bit of a wait and fell behind the appointment time because they opened a little late, but the staff were very friendly and professional. Convenient little car park on the side, if travelling by car.

Friendly enough but seem totally perplexed if asked anything out of the ordinary. You can have your parcels collected from there but they don't seem to know how to do it. Whenever I've tried to collect medicines from here they rarely have it and you have to come back or go elsewhere. There is another chemist around the corner and this place should go take a look there to see how to do it properly.

Avoid! The staff doesn't take responsibility of their own action. I came here to register and order a medicine and guess what? They shredded the prescription and started to question me about what i wanted to order. Everytime they order some extra medicine that i didnt need and then dont even refund me money why order something that i need in the first place?

This pharmacy system have something wrong . they don’t do their work properly . Normally they receive prescription normal time for every patient but they tells patients they didn’t received it , they says it’s your GP ‘s side fault but end of the the pharmacy system is no good , this pharmacy staff gets away with it , it should investigated , don’t know why the doing this ?

I booked a couple of day 2 covid tests from this company, they didn't give me a booking number for the passenger locator form. I have contacted them through every avenue I can find (online form, email and left a voicemail on their contact number. No one has replied to me, I ended up having to book a test through another company who gave me the booking number immediately in the order confirmation form. I expect a refund for the day 2 tests which I couldn't use. I'll be taking it further, this company shouldn't be advertised as a covid test provider on the government website. Avoid at all costs.
