A huge thank you to the team at New Start Cat Rescue. When my sister passed away last year leaving her three cats it was a difficult decision to find them new forever homes. From the first phone call I made to the team, I was greeted with such understanding and compassion. When I finally brought them to you on Saturday, the kindness and warmth you all showed made a very difficult day so much more bearable.
