My overall experience with the orthodontist Sharon was very pleasant and positive and thanks to you my daughters teeth is not only in better shape but her confidence has also increased so thank you so much and your assistance for your professional service and this is the reason for my review score. But I must say it is a shame that your reception staff (I don’t know her name but she does have an American accent) is your first point of contact as she is letting your service down with her conduct, and truthfully if we were not receiving treatment through NHS and was a paying customer then it is unlikely that I would have continued with the service based on my interaction with her. I spoke to her several times as we had to attend several appointments, and her manner was always abrupt, cold and not engaging, I felt like a stranger each time we spoke and It’s a shame as everyone else was very pleasant but you need to know and address this.

We cannot thank New Smile Orthodontics enough! Both of our children received their treatment from Sharon who was fantastic throughout. Not only was she calm and reassuring, but also very thorough and only removed their braces once she was totally satisfied. Our daughter had a large overbite which needed extensive treatment to correct but she now has the most perfect even smile, something she never thought possible. We highly recommend New Smile for their skilled orthodontists and excellent, professional service.

Dr Kazemi has been the best orthodontic ever, I’ve been his patient for quite a while now and never have I met anyone more compassionate and intelligent. When I got my braces off I had two smashed front teeth and my main dentist did a terrible job so he saved my looks by offering to fix them himself and did a brilliant job. Thank you Dr Kazemi

Very personable service for my daughter who had her braces fitted here. Always great communication with appointment reminders and texts. When her brace was due to come off, they were not satisfied with the result at that stage so recommended a further session with braces repositioned. They obviously desire the best outcome and it worked!

My sons smile is amazing, Sharon Dhillon is very conscientious and caring towards her patients, recommendations are given highly. Following on from my review 3 years ago, my daughter has also had her braces with Sharon, he smile like my sons is amazing. One was NHS and one we paid for, no difference in treatment both were made to feel comfortable at every appointment and talked through every step. Would highly recommend New Smile Orthodontics
