really awkward experience, got into the shop and was immediately asked by three employees if i wanted to try on shoes to which i said no. later on when i had a better look at the shoes i noticed the price tag was £80 more expensive then the same pair is on the new rock website, i later realised this is because the employee's do you "exclusive deals" where the second you ask to try them on they cut £50 off just for me😭 i tried a pair on and whilst the employees are very helpful at picking out sizes they are very pushy and it makes you feel awful for not buying anything because they walk off really frustrated and then carry on trying to sell you stuff after you say no. overall it was extremely unprofessional and an uncomfortable situation to be in, i would recommend just buying online and avoid here

I had a pretty unpleasant experience in new rock store in london... it was "pushy helpful" at first, which i dont mind, they did pull out multiple sizes of shoes i was looking at and even insoles that helped to determine which shoe might or might not work for me. but in the end, for the shoe i wanted, there wasn't a size available and this is where the service went down BAD. the shoe i wanted didnt have size i needed and i got told i have a medical issue cos i didnt like how the bottom felt and next i got told that "maybe i dont have the money to buy the shoes". This was incredibly offputting and i decided i dont want to visit this place again. i guess only good thing is i figured my potential size for online order...

The staff is incredibly rude Of course you don’t want to buy something you can find on the official web in way cheaper price Just wanted to try some shoes and would be willing to buy them but the staff was so pushy and very very rude that I just refused their help and walked out Would recommend to try a little different way in trying to sell products because nobody will purchase anything in that shop full of this rude mens that will just make you feel very uncomfortable and unsafe

Horrible Staff that’s super intrusive/ made me actually feel unsafe like I wasn’t allowed to leave! Also prices are so ridiculously high you can literally get the same styles for much less online and you save yourself the uncomfortable interaction with people that work there (of course my experiences are only based on a single person - in case more people work there then they might be different)
