The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled and was clean overall. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are all friendly. Many British hotels don't have slippers, so it's a good idea to bring your own. Breakfast is not a buffet, you have to choose from 4 menus. Breakfast was pretty good. We paid for breakfast when booking. I deducted one star because they said nonsense that I had to pay for breakfast when I checked out. (Original) 호텔은 런던 중심가에 그리 멀지 않은곳인 화이트채플에 위치해 있고, 런던탑, 타워브릿지 걸어서 다닐수있음. 호텔은 최근에 리모델링한거처럼 보였고 전체적으로 깨끗했음. 프론트 직원들, 식당 직원들 모두친절해요~ 영국 호텔은 호텔실래에 슬리퍼가 없는 곳이 많으니 챙겨가면 좋을듯 조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 4개의 메뉴중 선택해야됨 조식은 괜찮은 편이였음. 우리는 조식을 예약할때 결제했는데 체크아웃할때 조식 결제해야된다고 헛소리해서 별 하나 깍음 체크아웃할때 추가요금 헛소리 할수있으니 조심하세요.

  L'hôtel (et son restaurant) est situé dans un quartier populaire, très bien desservit par les transports en commun (métro, bus). Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Une safety box, pas de frigo ni d'armoire. Salle de bain/toilettes grande, mais pas évident de ne pas mouiller l'ensemble de la pièce lors d'une douche : dans notre chambre pas de séparation dans la salle de bain, mais il y en avait dans une autre (avec un grand miroir chauffant!). Toutes les chambres ne sont donc pas identiques, quelques unes plus grandes. Bémol dans la nôtre : un bruit dans l air conditioning alors que le système était OFF, dur dur la nuit, où il y a aussi le bruit des véhicules de la route. Le personnel EST TOP et aimable. Mention spéciale pour le système de conciergerie, top si vous arrivez et que la chambre n'est pas prête, ou si vous voulez profitez de votre journée avant de repartir pour l Eurostar ou l'avion. Petit déjeuner très bon, partiellement en buffet (thé, café, jus, viennoiserie, pain) et en commande pour le reste à choisir parmi 4-6 choix (œufs, pancakes,etc..). Pas de chocolat chaud (en supplément sinon) mais on peut en avoir gratuitement à chaque étage en bout de couloirs. Pour le resto: attention, pain et carafe d'eau sont payant...mais très bon. Vous aurez aussi un grand choix à l'extérieur ! Mention spéciale pour la salle de jeux avec billard. No hot chocolate (extra charge otherwise) but you can get it for free on each floor at the end of the corridors. For the restaurant: beware, bread and carafe of water are chargeable...but very good. You will also have a great choice outside! Special mention for the games room with billiards.

  Rooms: Klein, fein, gemütlich und sauber. Nur Schränke sucht man vergeblich, wer also viel an Kleidung dabei hat muss diese zwangsweise im Koffer belassen...war für uns kein Problem...vier Übernachtungen. Nearby activities: Da Zentrumsnah, alles was man will und braucht. Der London Tower/Bridge ist mit dem Bus der, ca, 5 Minuten zu Fuß, schnell erreichbar ist und dann nur ein paar Stationen und man ist da. Safety: Wir/ich fühlte mich absolut sicher! Walkability: Sehr nah am Zentrum und mehrere Bus- und Bahnlinien liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe in alle Richtungen. Food & drinks: Es ist ein Bar vorhanden und bei entsprechender Buchung bekommt man Frühstück inkl. Lecker und umfangreich!

  Good look and feel on arrival, had dinner included in the package and arrived at 2110 (had already informed of 2100-2200 arrival time - hotel had also responded saying no issues) brilliant front of house member guided me to the restaurant where I was advised they were closing and I couldn't have my evening meal. Theses things happen, not ideal, but miscommunication etc. it happens.... The one thing which unfortunately has led me to decide on probably not returning to the hotel was the noise within the rooms. I had a room on the front of the hotel and to be honest I've never heard so much noise for the entire night from any hotel room. Car racing for what seemed like hours, consistent sirens like I was sat outside and just general noise was beyond anything I'd ever encountered. Such a shame as it was a lovely room, features etc. etc. but honestly not getting much more than a couple hours sleep is simply not a fair trade off. Better insulation and/or triple glazing I'm sure would have solved it, but not in place for my stay unfortunately. Everything else was very good, great food/drink options and a great space. Staff at front of house and bar staff, breakfast hostesses were brilliant. I'd imagine if you had a rear room towards the back of the hotel OR triple glazing was installed at the front, this would be up there with one of the best places I'd stayed in London. Tried to be balanced here, so hoping that comes through. Could be amazing with minor tweaks. Food & drinks: Great Marco PW restaurant on site.
