It would have been 5 star if it hadn't of been for the amount of children screaming and jumping into the indoor pool and splashing us and almost landing on us even though you're not allowed to jump in. Yes I understand the parents have also paid for the facilities but I would have thought there would have been a bit more due care to abide by the rules but apparently not. Perhaps an adult only pool should be made as it really did take the relaxation away from the day which is what we paid for. The pool room also needs a refurb as the wood surrounding the windows is rotting, the tiles are breaking around the edge of the pool and windows themselves also need cleaning as they were filthy. The staff service however was impeccable. Kind, well spoken and did everything they could to please. The food was pleasing and so was the services we received!
