EDIT: Lead Practitioners breach data protection. Evidenced on a recirded phonecall with consent. An official complaint to the ICO will be happening, to allow them to undertake a FULL investigation. Imagine working in mental health BUT putting your patients in crisis constantly because of your incompetance as a team... Nearly 4 months ago I requested a prescription. My partner went to collect on the thursday. They said there was nothing there even though they rang me and told me it was.... I requested a call back and haven't heard anything since. I'm unmotivated and in crisis due to their incompetence. I'm happy to upload the screenshots of the "lead practitioner" ignoring my contact, also all the full call recordings where I have staff names, they go back on their word / just outright lie for their benefit and to get you off the phone. PALS side with them on comments even though you provide evidence. Need to demolish this building, make the staff redundant and get a fresh batch who actually care for people's mental health.

The health worker I was assigned left without telling me resulting in unanswered emails for 4 weeks until I was told. And when I was eventually issued another worker they’d lost all my information and paperwork I’d done with the previous one.

THE ADULT MENTAL HEALTH UNIT...............The staff here are absolutely not worth the money they get paid. They do not listen and do not care about patients. My wife was referred here and since dealing with with Horsham adult mental health department has not seen a doctor for over six months with their department cancelling appointments, giving wrong times for appointments and doctors only working 3 days a week! This unit need's to be shut down before someone ends up dead because of their inadequate service.

I had a nervous break down back in November 2021 after suffering with depression from family neglect, family abuse, friendship break ups and covid I had both the crisis teams out and weekly ads groups to try and get me back in my feet after a very pleasant and consistent day practitioner in listra Daniel (whom was so supportive and I miss greatly) I was referred to this mental health team to help me along my path to a full Recovery, when I was 14 I was diagnosed with adhd and put on Ritalin to help my condition I was assigned DR Colwill as my psychiatrist to help me with getting back on adhd medication and to help with both my anxiety and depression since being referred here I’ve had the most useless and dreadful experience constantly letting me down promising contact with no reply putting me on two types of adhd medication and taking me straight off them when I’ve had bad side-effects but no resolution to solving the issue dr Colwill had the cheek to ask me for a review and pleaded i gave her five stars and outstanding comments when she has left me with no medication, no further help, telling me she believes I don’t have adhd and I was misdiagnosed when I was 14 after only speaking with me for less than an hour on the phone, I’ve now been waiting 4 weeks for this new psychiatrist to make contact and after 4 separate phone calls (by myself) to the receptionist I still haven’t had any form of contact it’s like they have discharged me and said he’s fine let’s move on!!. Do anything possible not to be referred here this mental health unit should be closed down and not have the right to serve the general public if anything there worsening peoples mental health rather than improving it avoid at all costs!!
