This is our regular Chinese takeaway. Ordering via their website is easy, they have a loyalty scheme (500 points gives you £5 off), the food arrives in good time and is hot and delicious! My favourites/regulars are vegetables in garlic sauce and sweet & sour chicken HK style. Always delicious and good portions leaving enough for lunch the next day. Can't recommend them enough!

We have used New Oriental Tea Rooms for the past 2 years maybe longer. This is the first time I have been disappointed, the noodles were cold and greasy, the batter on the chicken was lumpy and under cooked and the chicken was dry, hoping this is just a one of.

I tried to order online but for some reason the order didn't go through. So I asked the woman if I can place the order with her and mentioned that this had happened before and they should fix their website. I ordered online as you get 10% off. After ordering, I asked if I can get the discount as their website failed to place my order, she refused until I said it's not my fault the order didn't go through. The total amount with the discount online was £40. She told me my total was £42. I asked why and she said a beef dish didn't include the discount which doesn't make since at all! I cancelled my order after all the trouble. Taking my business elsewhere!
