If I was writing a Review four months ago, I would give a four or five star rating for the New Milton Foot Clinic. However this review covers my last two visit's. The Clinic has sensible policies in that you are expected to attend if you have made an appointment and if you fail to arrive, they will charge you. They expect you to arrive on time, that is the point of making a fixed appointment time after all. So, in August I attended my fixed appointment on time, i did not expect to wait over 15 minutes past my half hour appointment time before I was seen. I put this down as a one-off. Alas last week I again attended my appointment arriving five minutes early, once again however i was kept waiting with the nice Receptionist constantly telling me that it would not be much longer before I was seen. So as we were heading for another 15 minute delay, I informed the Receptionist I was leaving as I was fed up and also had another appointment I had to attend. I left. I did email the Lady Owner later in the day, however a week later I still have not had the courtesy of a response.

Please read amendment in full review!!! Felt really rushed although treatment was adequate. Rather disappointed by experience. Will not return. I am delighted to update that after my review above, the owner contacted me. The practitioner responsible for my tardy treatment has left. The owner could not have been nicer or more apologetic. She listened to my concerns and we have agreed that I will have another appointment. This is great customer service after a bad experience.
