I called today as I had an emergency I am a patient on their books. The receptionist who answered the phone was so rude and abrupt that when I hung up I was in tears. All she would say was call 911 we don't have any emergency slots and that was it no empathy whatsoever. So I will just have to bear the pain and hope the tooth comes out.

Shocking service if you want to wait over an hour late for your appointment. Also been waiting over 2 years for nhs. private patients just expect a price to be plucked out of thin air for treatment. Says from 109 for a filling when in actual fact it cost £215. But don't worry they are sorry for the wait

what a shocker i had, to just find out that I got de-registered by practice due to not using their service since November 2019. I guess they haven't heard of Covid-19! as NHS patient i am no longer able to use, however is you are a private customer come at any time! What is going on with NHS service and what are we paying for? AVOID if you are NHS patient.
