I had dealt with New Look Roofing Installations Ltd before- about 4/5 years ago - for one the old windows leaking and they were recommended by a friend and therefore l came back to them for replacing the Velux windows. Today's job was done well, with minimum fuss. They came to check the work before and to see which windows needed to be ordered. The price quoted was the price charged and they very kindly put the blind from the old window on the new one. They were very courteous and friendly and - very important for me - it was not uncomfortable to have them working in the house.

Tom came to look at the leak on my roof and quote for repair. He actually carried out a short term repair at the time to stop the water coming into my house, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote to carry out the long term repair. He contacted me as agreed a few days later and completed the repair, providing photos showing me what the problem was and confirming repair. He was very professional and courteous.

I had Tom and his crew jet blast my roof, it was in a right mess covered in moss which made a mess everywhere. After they blasted it, they cleaned up all the mess and repointed the tiles even cleaned all the guttering and facias. Now it looks like a new roof, great job, thanks lads, I would recommend you to anyone.
