Absolutely fantastic service from both Anthony and Chris. Parkhome insulated and cladded. Chassis refurbished with new supports added, and underneath also fully insulated. Very clean, professional and all work completed on time. I cannot recommend this company enough, very highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant company. They replaced my kitchenfloor and re-plumbed sink, washing machine and drainage. They then replaced the bathroom floor re plumbed everything and provided and fitted a new shower. The work is highest standard and they went over and above what I expected. Really great friendly and professional guys prompt, punctual and always kept me informed and advised. I had all my questions answered and I will use no-one else. Easily the best experience I have ever had with any trader HIghly Recommended.

The problem we had was that our Park Home was well past it’s best and we were faced with the difficult decision as to how we could have an acceptable dwelling for our retirement years. The dwelling dilapidated, with a leaky roof, insecure doors and windows and crumbling walls. We had investigated many options covering replacement, which was costly, and repair, which anyone contacted had been unable to satisfy our expectations. There were issues such as finding accommodation if we chose replacement and cost of transportation if we purchased a second-hand dwelling. One day we overtook a van with New Look Park Homes livery. We noted the details and got in touch. Anthony set up a site visit and attended at the appointment time to go over the issues. It was evident that he knew his trade well. He was able to discuss needs, give an honest appraisal of outcomes, and reassured us that we were not unrealistic in our hopes. We received a quote for the works inside 24 hours including a cost for different aspects of the project. This meant we could make an informed decision about cost. The quote for all we desired was appropriate. We took time to organize our finances and despite rising costs Anthony honoured his figures, so we commissioned the work. The start date was as we had hoped for, so we got organized. The contractor met the project commencement timeline and was more than adequately prepared for the job. Anthony maintained comprehensive updates and reach the planned milestones outlined in the contract. The quality of work was exceptional. Anthony and Chris arrived at the designated start time and set about commencing reconstruction. The key material required had been arrived early so there was no delay. It was impressive that Anthony and Chris worked in a multi-tasking manner, so they were one step ahead, ensuring no delays, and that work was completed efficiently and effectively. The first phase – a full roof refit took just two days. Anthony and Chris abided by environmental rules and regulations; and the quality of their teamwork, equipment and work was up to the high standards we expected. The second phase was repairing damage to walls, recladding with materials of our choice, and fitting new windows and doors through the whole property. Anthony had set out a timeline and this was adhered to. When issues arose, they were resolved immediately, and quality assurance was exemplary. Anthony and Chris worked as a team and the banter between them was a truly enjoyable part of having them on site. Everything was completed to an exemplary standard, and the outcome was beyond anything we had hoped for. They maintained a high level of safety, keeping our site clean, and rectifying any issues quickly. We cannot be more appreciative of the time and effort put in by Anthony and Chris. These contractors completely followed the accepted project specification and submitted payment requests on time and in a professional manner. By the end of the project, we do not consider Anthony and Chris as contractors, we see them as friends. In summary Anthony and Chris from New Look did an excellent job. Our home looks fabulous. Anthony and Chris are top notch professionals. We got a great quality home quickly and they were easy to work with when taking care of our biggest investment. New Look Park Homes is a great company. They are prompt and timely. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beaten, and we would recommend them. Anthony and Chris were great to work with, and very professional. Anthony made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave to us. Anthony was able to work with us on sticking with our budget and providing us suggestions and options. We highly recommend New Look Park Homes. The estimate was done by the Anthony, and he stayed right on target. He and Chris are very skilled. They were efficient, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It feels like we are in a brand-new home.
