I usually go to the Cafe because I work round the corner they do lovely Jack potato, but this time around I went back - the service was terrible. The woman don’t understand nothing you say to her, she talks to you with an attitude and she charged me extra. I ordered an egg sandwich and another sandwich with hash brown and it was the same price, barely any eggs in it. I think that woman needs customer communication skills I will not be going back there. Very disappointed. I really did like that Cafe, but the stuff they’re using at the moment needs an upgrade. When I asked her, why is there a little bit of egg in there, she replied with an attitude saying “it’s only one egg” that’s not the way to talk to customers. She’s acting like she’s giving me a steak or free sandwich.
