(Please be aware that other reviews are NOT about the nursery school, but should be listed under "New Life Baptist Church" or "Jubilatte Coffee Shop"). And now my review of the nursery: This nursery is not driven by profit, but puts the children first. Conveniently located on the high street with private off-road parking, this nursery runs in a large room behind the church, and has a great outdoor playground too. Our eldest daughter spent two wonderful years here and our youngest still attends. The staff are very caring and we've never had any concerns from day one. The head of the nursery ensures that parents get a daily update on their children's progress - through pictures, videos and progress statements accessible for individual parents. They are totally clued in to Ofsted expectations, and it's great to discover the progress the children are making, whilst still having fun and enjoying their early childhood. We travelled over 3 miles and now about 2 just to have such a safe and secure environment with good Christian values (though parents of all faiths and none have obviously felt really welcome too). A highlight (before Covid limits) was the Christmas concert!

Today the 8th February 2022 at lunchtime, I chose to use the cafe within the church as thought it to be a pleasant venue to have lunch whilst visiting Kings Heath however!..I was more than shocked and disappointed at the attitude of one of the young ladies whom approached an elderly gentleman whom was seated in front of myself and ridiculed him for placing a tissue in a bucket rather than in a bin positioned behind the serving area (which is not highlighted for customers to use) and if that was not bad enough this young lady went on to very loudly go and tell her colleagues whom where in the kitchen area what she had said to this elderly gentleman and that he is not blind!..Oh Lord above, I could not believe what I was hearing and as a Catholic myself I would not expect this attitude from any other fellow Christian…I would not recommend going to use/support such a place to anyone…
