I am a relatively new foster carer and I can only speak from my own experiences. From the moment the whole process started and finished I was always kept updated and informed of each stage of the process. I had a very good social worker who was professional, competent and through with the assessment process. The agency also have a very good training programme which further supports foster carers needs to learn and develop their learning skills, and they are very hands on they are always there at the end of a phone call. My experience with this agency has overall been very good.

I am aware of a shocking experience . The Registered Manager who's incredible hard work and knowledge of the industry, turned the Ofsted Inadequare rating into Ofsted Outstanding in 5 years. Sadly her enormous efforts were met by disrespect and unethical treatment when she was most unfortuately dismissed.

Dishonest and Corrupt owners and senior management team. Ofsted Outstanding was achieved before they made a decision that making money was their priority. Most of the social workers have left or are leaving after they falsified minutes and stated that I had resigned as the Registered Manager. I dedicated five years to lead this agency from Ofsted Inadequate to Outstanding, and this is how they treat loyal, honest, hardworking staff. I am currently going through an unfair dismissal claim against New Life Fostering.
