I used NewLeaf to have a look at a leaking shower in my apartment in London. They arrived on time, took their shoes off and were super polite. They did a few extra pieces of work for me that I asked for and did them brilliantly, but where they really stood out was with regards to the shower. They did some research for me and found that the shower manufacturer could do the work for me cheaper and with a guarantee. Basically, they did themselves out of work! I've never come across a plumbing company with such an excellent level of customer service and honesty. Thank you NewLeaf!
