In the day when we had to buy a bus ticket because we had to get to Liverpool Station the shop was closed. It supposed to be opend from 7am. We was waiting about 40 minutes, there was 7:40 am and the shop was still closed so we had to call taxi. It was very unprofesional on their part so that makes me give them 1 star.
