its quite bad...we had booked the property for 3 nights but we left as soon as we saw the condition of the apartment..we could change but apparently mrs rose on the counter couldn't do anything for us..bad experience..hopefully we get a refund...if not..maybe they could use the money to put fans and ac in their small apartment
