Was a little frustrated at the e consult only being available at certain times - but have to say I was contacted within 24 hours and was treated with a lot of kindness and empathy - many thanks

Twice now I have been in hospital because I couldn't get through to the doctors. I went round to the surgery and was told to phone, which I had been doing. Couldn't even write a request on e-consult. All you get is a quick automated message and then they hang up. If I could have been seen on both occasions, I most probably would not have been admitted to resus. I think it is disgraceful that there is no concern for patients who genuinely need help.

I have found the surgery to always be very helpful and professional. Since the merger I have found, when ringing up, there are a lot more appointments available, sometimes with a choice of site to pick from. The call times can at times be long, but this is not the receptionists fault, and they shouldn't be slated for this. They work professionally and as quickly as possible to answer all our calls.

Posting on behalf of my Husband. My Husband recently visited Lymington A&E with a very bad cough and chest pain. He was diagnosed and issued medication and we were home under 2 hrs later. He was advised that he may need additional meds. A week later he tried to get the meds as advised which took 24 hrs & 13 phone calls. Disgusted.

Awful service they don’t answer phone calls, don’t communicate with your nominated chemist for on going prescriptions. They seem to think it’s a top down service in other words your serving them! They need to get a grip before everyone leaves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you have a problem with yourself you'll be sent to a Pharmacy. If you have a problem with your child you'll be sent to a Pharmacy. If you insist on seeing a Dr the highly trained triage receptionist will tell you to go to A&E. Complete shambles.
