I would leave 0 stars if I could. Every individual we encountered has no customer service skills and the basics were not met. Response times looking at weeks and NEVER a phone call answered. We asked questions about searches etc and they frequently told us to "google it". Would go with literally anyone else but them, awful service.

Arran and James went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time. There were so many challenges during the process, but they just made things happen in the background! They were very responsive over email and phone, and always provided updates. All the work is really appreciated! Thanks.

Nadine’s team were very quick and efficient with helping us buy our first house last year. We managed to complete within 3 months! Which was accurately estimated to us at the beginning of the process. We were kept well informed as to what was happening and when. We would definitely recommend using Nadine.

I would leave no stars if I could. I left a review in 2020 putting my worries due to backlog and covid to the side, I retract this review. I was advised to use NH Law when I purchased my shared ownership flat but my advice is to look around as there will be better firms out there. I am now taking NH Law through the legal ombudsman and will be seeking advice about taking them to the Small Claims Court. My one piece of advice after you’ve gone through a very stressful sale is to chase them to register your name on the Land Register, I wish I had known this a few months ago. I innocently presumed that as I had paid for them to register me with the Land Register they had and that my deeds had been sent to Halifax so didn’t even cross my mind until I was in the final weeks of obtaining a new good mortgage rate when I was told there was no name on the register and I contacted NH Law presuming that there was an admin error. I was told that there was a backlog (the land registry says to allow 15 months and we were at 24 months!) the communication over the next few weeks was horrendous and painful and very stressful. I lost my mortgage rate as escalating it was not as quick as they first stated. This has cost me a lot of money and time. The correspondence since chasing in November and since putting my complaint in shows that they cannot cope with their work load, I was ignored on most occasions. The response I have had to my complaint has been made me to feel that I have bothered them and that their negligence is my fault in some way. The customer service is appalling. I would truly recommend looking at going to another solicitors and if you do have to use NH Law to chase chase chase even if made to feel that you shouldn’t. In your response (that I cannot reply too) you say it is unfair but I know other homeowners in this block and others who purchased nearly a year after me who were not faced with a 26 month wait for their property to be registered. The third party query should have come up back in January 2021 especially as you have worked on other properties in this block. The land registry has delays of 15 months not 24! What is unfair is someone who paid and thought their case was finalised to be out of pocket.

I had such a hard time with them, I was assigned to 2 different solicitors, Aysha to start with , she was never available on the phone and had zero people and customer skills. Then I was assigned to James who tried hard but wasn't very knowledgeable of the conveyancing process, and left after couple of months. All in all the communication was very poor, their knowledge is very basic and they aren't particularly interested in helping you through the process. I raised a complain with the office manager, but not much changed and then she left as well. I was finally assigned to a decent solicitor, Sasha , but unfortunately the experience for me was already ruined. If you are a first time buyer and looking into new build, the process can be a little stressful and unfortunately NHL will not be on your side. Avoid at all costs

Sasha, Lauren and Danielle, you were all superb. We are first time buyers and we had no clue what to expect. They were great, explained the whole process and took the stress out of the purchase. Cannot thank you enough and i will be passing your details to my friends and family. Thanks again Anthony :)
