Joe carried out my snagging survey. I had the report next day, and it was incredibly detailed, he found faults i’d never have spotted! He was also a great help post survey, talking me through the survey and giving advice on how to proceed with feeding this information back to the developers. They'll find all the things that are shockalockalocking and bash out all the winklespanners, tuna melts and wood butchers around. MASSIVE big up to Orlando there, absolute legend, don't know what I'd do without his videos and excellent work.

He was ready to answer questions and was knowledgeable and helpful He produced a comprehensive and very detailed report in a form that I will be printing and handing to the builder We will see whether the builder will rectify faults quickly before I have to refer the matter to NHBC

Buying a new build for the first time can be stressful with allsorts going on at once . One thing you don't want to worry about is , has my home been built to a high standard . Unfortunately like most of us we don't know the regulations and sometimes tradesmen can be a bit forgetful about standards . This is where New Home Quality Control come in and take away those issues. From the first contact someone was always ready to respond to inquiries which is great service. My completion date was moved forward and without a problem NHQC brought the inspection date forward too. The day before inspection my surveyor contacted me letting me know what time he would arrive and he was very punctual and got straight on with the work. Polite and keeping me informed throughout about what was found and identified most important work that was more urgent. After a 4 hour full house survey ( 5 bed house ) we had our snagging list ready to hand over to developer so work could start asap. I absolutely can't recommend NHQC highly enough. Have that piece of mind and have that snagging list sorted . Brilliant job from Gianluca on behalf of NHQC. Thank you

The consultant was friendly, helpful, efficient and personable and the report came through as promised. Very thorough service - I would not hesitate to recommend this Company. Bit of a long review but hopefully helps anyone who is unsure about getting this done. From initial contact with New Home Quality Control to Troy (the inspector) coming to our new build, the whole process was simple, easy and professional. Troy was available when I was and the day before, he arranged a time with me which he stuck to - the communication was brilliant. He kept me updated whilst in the property and advised what may/should be done by the developer when the report is submitted (submitting to our developer shortly so don't have a response from them yet) so I'm a tad more prepared. Troy did say if I need anything to make contact which again, I think is great if we come up with any issues. The report in itself is brilliant, detailed, readable and the images that have been taken are all clear and I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting it done...to get it done! So many 'issues' that I as buyer may have been unsure about mentioning to the developer because I thought were minor but in actual fact are in NHBC guidance and so many issues I just wouldn't have spotted. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean it won't have problems no matter how big or small! 5 star! Great value! Thank you!
