Sold a massage package(6) to my wife through one of their therapists. My wife queried the timeframe to be able to use them, was told they don’t expire. Wife now wanted to use the remaining 2 (it’s been 18 months since she bought the package), only to be told they’re expired and they won’t be honouring the remaining 2 sessions. This is basically theft (£110 worth) and very short-sighted business practice, meaning they’re refusing the last 2 massages and have lost multiple customers for life.

I have been a customer of the New Haw Therapy clinic over the last 10 years. The treatments I have used vary from Deep sports massage - reflexology - Osteopathy and seeing house Chiropractor. There are many other treatments available and prices are very reasonable and competitive. Currently I am being seen by both Osteopaths Claire and Millie both of whom are brilliant. I also see Kat for really deep muscle / sports massage therapy for extra pain relief, I see Kat for a longer session allowing various methods to be factored into the session such as hot stone, acupuncture and suction cupping. Tom is a great chiropractor and I've been dealt with by him for the last 8 years or so and have no hesitations in recommending him, Millie or Claire to any of my friends or family. Every person I have ever dealt with has been very thorough, pleasant and informative. Lucy on the reception desk is so helpful and easy to deal with, previously knowing I was in a bad way she went the extra mile and called to offer me a cancellation when it came up. Lucy has also been very understanding when I was unable to make an appointment at short notice which I am very grateful for as I know this would have been really inconvenient for them. The focus on your health and well being is absolutely clear from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

I've been seeing Sarah Richards the Podiatrist for a few months now. I've been losing sensation in my feet which we thought might be post radiotherapy issues. On my last visit, ,as I was leaving, she asked if I might be diabetic which made me go for tests - and hey presto I am Type 2 diabetic and now on strong medication. If it weren't for Sarah this could have gone undetected and had serious consequences for my health - I can't thank her enough! She knows what she's doing!

I visited today because I had a very painfull ingrowing toenail. I was apprehensive about the treatment but Sarah was so patient and reassuring. She talked to me the whole time whilst she did what she needed to do. This totally took my mind off what was going on with my toe. I limped into Sarah's treatment room in fear but 30 mins later practically danced out with a huge smile on my face and no more pain. Thank you so much Sarah xx

Sarah (chiropodist/podiatrist) is amazing. She is absolutely brilliant and explains everything she is doing. I was extremely nervous (and embarrassed) and Sarah was so kind, patient and quite honestly brilliant. I cannot reccomend her highly enough.
