From my experience at the surgery the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We were loathe to move from our previous surgery when we move back into Hull but had no choice as we were out of their area. I can honestly say that I am delighted we registered with New Green Surgery, the staff are friendly, the Drs are thorough and the practice nurse is lovely!

On the whole, I find the staff to be rude & unhelpful, but have to add, that todays receptionist excelled herself. Not only was she extremely patronising, she neither smiled, nor gave any eye contact whatsoever, whilst begrudgingly answering my questions. I am appalled by her total lack of people skills, & would serous consider giving her some training in customer services.
