Sam was fantastic. From our first zoom meeting about what we wanted for our special day, to staying until things were winding down to make sure we had plenty of great candid photos to choose from. All our guests loved him, so friendly and funny and really relaxed our camera shy relatives. We are so in love with the photos we spent a not small amount of money on a photo book which has had to be over 60 pages to fit them all in! Even my wife’s cousin is booking him for her wedding after seeing him and his photos. I cannot recommend him enough if you’re wanting a wedding photographer, especially one who knows the forest inside out.

Every time I had a question he would reply in no time at all. All of our guests commented on how fantastic he was, always running around to get the best shot. I don’t really know where to start! Sam is honestly the nicest and most talented man ever! He is without doubt the best wedding related investment we made. He arrived with us early to start capturing bridal preparations and then spent the morning darting to and from different locations to capture some truly important moments for us, nothing was too much to ask of him. He stayed well into the evening making sure every poignant moment was caught on camera. He blended beautifully into our day and we were almost unaware of his presence meaning our photographs are exactly what we wanted; unstaged, natural and in the moment. After having met with other photographers we decided to hire Sam to photograph our wedding due to his amazing portfolio and excitement about our plans. He instantly put us at ease with his friendly excitable manner which is exactly what we were looking for in a photographer. In the run up to the day he was easy to contact, very responsive to emails and we had a pre wedding meeting to run through final timelines and make sure we were all up to speed. On the day itself Sam turned up incredibly early to photograph the groom running Southampton parkrun to make sure no part of our special day was missed. He was brilliant with all our guests blending in and having some good fun and laughter with the bridesmaids and making us all at ease and comfortable when having the group photos taken. He even got the most amazing natural laugh out of my sister who suffers with extreme mental health problems and has given us some amazing memories. It's testament to his ability to be able to work with a wide range of people. He also stayed late capturing lots of brilliant moments on the dance floor. The photos themselves are beyond phenomenal. Each frame is a work of art in its own right and Sam's ability to capture the most natural moments with exceptional use of colour, tone and light is fantastic. We were lucky to have alot of brilliant suppliers on our wedding day but Sam was hands down the best investment we made. We have an amazing set of photos to cherish forever and would recommend if you're looking for a photographer not to look anywhere else! You really won't be disappointed, Sam exceeded all our expectations! Brilliant photographer.
