hi, i popped into this place to get advice and a price for some work. i was told, yes we can tidy the paintwork up, £300 mop the car and touch up the paintwork. no touching up was done and the Mopping was not sucesfull. i was very disappointed. i was fobbed off i wish the had called me and said it was not going to work , i would have paid for a paint job, i should of taken it to the polish for a car clean, because that was all that was done. i think they went for a joy ride as well. mud all over the car mats !!!!!! then they added VAT . very very disapointed. waste of time and money. I would highly recommend New Forest Sprays for any body repair work to your vehicle. Dan and the team are really friendly, knowledgeable and do above and beyond to help you. The whole process was smooth and easy, we had use of a courtesy car which was great and the repair only took a few days. They did extra repairs on the van for us with no additional charge which was exceptionally kind.
