If you want a Chefs knife, hand made from scratch to your own specifications, look no further than New Forest Forge. From the initial enquiry to the completed knife Stuart regularly kept me informed with photos and even videos. I was shown numerous different handles and blade styles to choose from. The knife is everything and more. Exceeding all expectations. Perfectly weighted, balanced and still razor sharp after almost 10 months of ownership. Great handmade leather sheath was part of the package. Cannot recommend Stuart and the whole process enough. Some amazing completed knives available immediately on the website too. Might have to invest in another heirloom.

I wanted a 9in Ktip Chefs Knife, for me to use & then pass it on to my son. I had heard about New Forest Forge. Having spoken to Stu he made me a 52100 carbon steel, HRC to 60+1, with a stabilised green burl handle. To me it's a thing of beauty. Stu works with Parkstone Leather Company, one day when he was there, he very kindly delivered my knife to me on his way back to the New Forest. Excellent service & exceptional handcrafted product from a Local Master Craftsman.
