Very untrustworthy Company / Purchase! We bought a DS3 Cabrio for my wife last week, purely because the vehicle had isofix and a boot to put the pram in (as we are expecting a baby). We were told that the roof did not work when we originally inquired (which we were fine with as we were told there were no other faults for the vehicle apart from this - which of course we originally trusted their word as they are a legitimate vehicle selling business). However this resulted in us later finding out that the boot did not work or open and this was connected to the roof fault. Annoyingly not one single member of staff mentioned the boot not working or this being connected to the roof fault before, meanwhile or after the vehicle purchasing process. When we called to mentioned we have found the boot not working and to discuss further options they were not willing to help what so ever and were very unprofessional, especially as this wasn't mentioned. Apparently this is "our fault" (words of the owner). Now they have rid of the car it seems as if they dont care what so ever, really bad after service, feel like the wool was very much pulled over our eyes. Very disappointing! Very unprofessional service, would not trust or recommend buying from New Forest Carriage Company. Seeking further advice!

Not happy with the service not giving been phoning for two weeks to buy a car even tried to put a deposit down for it to save the car was told not to bother and would phone us when it's ready no phone call so phoned them only to be told that they have already sold it 15 minutes before hand , Will not be using this company again
