Lovely campsite, majority of staff were lovely, if you turn up and have Tracy serving you then you are best off getting back in your camper and leaving, very rude and lazy, charged me a higher rate for membership because she couldn't be bothered to set up the direct debit for me, speaks rudely to her staff and is just very unprofessional, will not be returning purely because of her. A friend of mine arrived a day after us and was also treated poorly, a real shame as the site is really nice
