All the equipment was 👌 in great condition and they provide all the essentials you need (helmet, pump, lock, backpack). The route was beautiful, the experience memorable.

Recommended a few routes locally to where we were. All the extra things you might need like bike locks, pumps and puncture repair kits were included.

Great service and top quality bikes Staying for a few nights camping in new forest. Arranged hire a week before with New Forest Bike Hire. Hired 2 e bikes and 2 normal mountain bikes. Turned up at campsite just after 9am. A fun and comprehensive handover. Bikes all pretty new and worked a charm. Then came back to pick up at 5.30pm. Made a really nice day with no need to move the cars. Fully recommend!!
