Firstly, the current food is not terrible. But it does not quite compare to the food served by the previous ownership/chef. In the past, this was the takeaway of choice for all Chinese food in canterbury, particularly specialising in the crispy shredded beef and Singapore fried rice dishes. (This was honestly the best I have tasted anywhere in the uk) The food now being served is far from terrible but is now best described as average.

By far the best Chinese takeaway in Canterbury - friendly staff and food is always 10/10. The Singapore noodles and crispy chilli beef are so tasty. It’s not at all greasy and never a disappointment.

As a Chinese take away it is spot on. Decent portions. Tastes nice. Although when its on your plate, it does tend to look rather beige. However, Chicken black bean is nice and spicy and my son loves the crispy chicken balls. The complimentary chicken salad with peanut sauce is a lovely touch. Perhaps even my favourite. Its a stable choice for our family when the cupboards are bare. Will definitely go back.
