We decided we wanted to book a cruise through a travel agent. We popped into New Era and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We wanted to do a Norwegian cruise to see the Northern Light. We had looked on line but it became very confusing. Jordan was brilliant, went through different options with us. He called the cruise operator we decided to go with and managed to get it cheaper to fly from Bournemouth to Bergen rather than Gatwick to start our cruise. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back when we book our holidays in future.
