Not pushy and once we'd ordered kept us updated on the progress and expected delivery date of our order. Extremely pleased with the outstanding quality of the goods. Excellent service from first showroom visit to furniture delivery. Joby is professional, knowledgable and listens to your brief. The home visit to survey and colour match was invaluable. There was no hard sell and it has been so nice to have continuity in dealing with the same person throughout. We were kept informed on progress with manufacturing through to delivery. Joby personally delivered our chairs himself! The delivery people for our sofa were equally as good and helpful. All in all the furniture is not cheap but it is well made, amazingly comfortable and most made in the Uk which we liked but the best thing for us was the personal professional service we have had. We will definitely be returning for some accessories! Thank you so much!
