Well run station with friendly and helpful staff Ross & Sharon who are always around to help passengers with any information on their journeys.

Nice small station but the staff is terrible, asked for help getting through the barriers with a pram and a male staff was being sarcastic and not helpful. It was my first time coming to this station. He was on his phone behind the glass counter, wasn't friendly either. It also lacks proper facilities.

These staff are are unhelpful due to my condition I needed the toilet and they would not let me use the toilet I had to wait till I got to London Bridge. Unacceptable 😞 If you need to use the loo and your black do not use this station. The member of staff came with some lame excuse he said only one member of staff could let me in and she said was not there at the moment. Smh I had the same issue at new cross train station and they let me use the staff toilets so that was a lame excuse. Smh
